Tax Associate

Desired Skills and Experience 


Core Responsibilities 

Prepare a variety of tax returns, including individual, partnership, corporate, trust, gift, estate and/or not-for-profit tax returns.
Prepare clear and concise supporting workpapers.
Actively develop technical skills on the job and through formal training
Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with all levels of client staff to add value internally and strengthen client relationships
Research tax issues and legislation and exercise professional judgment with respect to issue identification to develop solutions to tax issues in returns
Additional responsibilities not listed above may be expected as needed

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting from an accredited college or university (minimum of 150 college credits required)
CPA certification or qualified to sit for the CPA 
0 to 3 years of relevant professional experience



35 hour work week during non-busy season
