A self-proclaimed recovering accountant, Neema transitioned to recruiting in 2014. With a people centric attitude, Neema’s talent for identifying expertise and potential makes her a key member of the Topel Forman team. Leading the effort to expand and develop our staff, she oversees our professional hiring and internship recruiting efforts.

Determined to highlight that we are a preferred firm, Neema is passionate about sharing our story, facilitating talent brand management, and sharing our successes. Able to identify valuable stories, Neema connects with finance and accounting professionals, genuinely listening to their journeys.
