Matt Osiol is a partner specializing in Chicago audit services, providing attestation, advisory, and consulting support to clients across a range of industries. With deep expertise in audit, review, and compilation engagements, Matt leads teams with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and timely execution. His leadership ensures that every engagement meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with client expectations.

Matt’s experience includes delivering assurance services for private equity‑owned companies, foreign subsidiaries, and internationally active clients. He also works extensively with middle‑market manufacturing and distribution companies, helping them navigate complex financial reporting requirements and strengthen their financial processes.

Outside of client work, Matt serves as president of the Mount Carmel High School Alumni Association and volunteers as an accounting mentor at DePaul University, supporting students pursuing careers in accounting and audit. When he’s not working or mentoring, he enjoys attending Chicago Blackhawks, White Sox, and Bears games—because being in the arena is far better than watching from home.
