Posted on January 05, 2026

At Topel Forman, our growth is driven by people, and today, we are proud to share an important milestone in the continued evolution of our firm. We are excited to announce that Matt Osiol and Sandy Reyes have been named Partners of the firm, expanding our commitment to exceptional client service. This announcement reflects our long-term investment in leadership development, succession planning, and building a future-ready CPA and advisory firm that supports clients across every stage of their business and financial lives.

Expanding leadership at Topel Forman

As a growing accounting and advisory firm, leadership matters not only for internal culture, but for the continuity and depth our clients rely on. Matt Osiol joins the partnership from our Audit practice, where he has spent many years advising clients on audits. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening our firm’s capabilities in key service areas. Sandy Reyes becomes a partner in our tax practice. She has spent her career advising high-net-worth clients and is known for her personal touch on each engagement.

Together, these appointments enhance our firm’s ability to deliver consistent, high-quality service while preparing the next generation of leaders in public accounting and advisory services.

What This Means For Our Clients

For our clients, adding new partners is more than a leadership announcement. This is an affirmation of stability, continuity, and forward momentum. With Matt and Sandy stepping into roles, we increase our partner group to eighteen, and clients benefit from:
  • Leadership knowledge and depth across tax, accounting, and advisory services.
  • Strong continuity of service and long-term relationship management.
  • Enhanced expertise in growing practice areas.
  • A firm committed to future-focused growth and innovation.
As business and financial landscapes continue to evolve, our clients can feel confident knowing they are supported by a firm that is investing in people, leadership, and long-term success.

“This is an exciting moment for our firm,” said David Levine, Managing Partner. “Matt and Sandy exemplify the values we stand for: integrity, excellence, and a deep commitment to our clients and our people. Their leadership strengthens our future and reinforces the depth of talent we continue to build across the firm.”

Looking Ahead

Leadership appointments are about strengthening the foundation of our firm for years to come. By investing in experienced professionals, we continue to build our client-focused CPA and advisory firm equipped to meet tomorrow’s challenges.
