Mike has been with Topel Forman since 2018 bringing over 11 years of human resources experience to his role. Before joining the team, he worked at Ascension, one of the nation’s largest healthcare systems, where he focused on recruiting and later transitioned to benefits.

Mike wears many hats in HR, with expertise spanning onboarding, offboarding, performance management, benefits, and learning and development. He’s known for his adaptable approach and commitment to supporting both the firm and its people—no matter what comes his way.

Outside of work, Mike has too many hobbies and an incurable case of FOMO when it comes to all the great content out there.
