Daniel Kielek is a senior manager with over 30 years of experience in income tax planning and compliance for privately-held businesses and individuals who own them. Before joining Topel Forman, Dan worked for a local CPA firm in rural Nebraska for several years and was previously a partner at a large regional CPA firm in the Denver area. Dan has extensive knowledge of the business and taxation issues of manufacturing, wholesale distribution, retail and professional services. Dan’s expertise also includes individual taxation and planning. Dan enjoys hiking and biking in the large trail network in Colorado in his spare time.
