With experience in employee relations, benefits management, compensation, benefits, and training, Izabela joined Topel Forman in 2021. Izabela’s passion is helping people achieve personal and professional goals. Izabela’s human-centric focus aligns with firm goals by making sure people have the right tools. As HR manager, she adeptly manages the internal brand and culture, supporting people in the firm with every possible resource.

Izabela prefers to spend her free time with her daughter, baking desserts, crafting with her Cricut, and traveling to exciting places.
