John Rozek has been providing business advisory services to clients in closely held companies for 28 years. As the head of our audit department, he works with clients across various enterprises, including manufacturing and distribution, investment partnerships, private equity, broker/dealers, employee benefit plans, and technology companies. John joined Topel Forman in 2010 and became a member/partner in 2015. Before joining the firm, he worked for a top 15 regional CPA firm where he was Regional Quality Control leader for its Illinois offices.

John provides attestation, corporate and individual tax services, and advisory and consulting services for his clients. His specialties include performing and overseeing audit, tax, review, and special project engagements for closely held businesses. He brings a proactive approach to every engagement, delivering the timely advice his clients need to prepare for and respond to their business needs.

When not helping his clients achieve their goals, John enjoys golfing, fishing, and hunting and is a sports enthusiast.
