Matt Osiol has more than 15 years of public accounting experience and provides attestation, advisory, and consulting services for our clients. With a specialization in overseeing audit, review, and compilation engagements, Matt keeps field staff on task and efficient and makes sure the execution of our clients’ audits meets agreed-upon timelines. His experience includes assurance services for private equity-owned companies, foreign subsidiaries, and internationally active clients. He also serves manufacturing and distribution companies in the middle market.

When not serving as president of the Mount Carmel High School Alumni Association, and volunteering as an accounting mentor at DePaul University, Matt enjoys going to Chicago Blackhawks, White Sox, and Bears games because staying at home to watch the games is not as fun.
